Description
A Ferlie Human romance on Planet Archipelago is physically possible and Ferlie females are very flirtatious but unions are rare for the following reasons:
1. Any ferlie with an enhancement chaplet can read the thought of any human and know if their intentions are real or just an exotic adventure/fling.
2. Both Ferlie and Human cultures discourage such unions and participants in such a union are often outcast from both societies.
3. The offspring of such a union are unable to have children. So such a union tends to end the family line. This is a social concern for all ferlie and many humans.
4. Opportunities for humans and ferlie meeting and interacting is limited. As the Ferlie tend to keep to themselves on Ferlie Plateau.
None the less romance does happen.
* Ferlie or Elfy is the human language corruption of the ancient Earth name given by the first colonists. It is not what the Ferlie call themselves.
