I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I haven't seen this one in a coon's age! Great captures

silly raccoon. cool captures, Rod.
wear protective gear if you need to clean up after him and use bleach and hot water where ever you clean; raccoons can carry roundworm.

Raccoons are related to bears and are really smart/clever. I had one for a pet (she was dropped off our house as an injured teeny one). We had to have a hunting license to keep her. Had her spayed, she got all her shots each year and she lived to ~15. My Pop built her an enormous dwelling. I so enjoyed watching Schnookie manipulate objects with her "hands." She seemed happy to be part of a human family. Really irritates me when folks rag on raccoons--they know little about which they speak.

AC/DC night prowler.
Rather have these then bad guys or skunks, almost got blasted a few years ago a 6 am going out for a smoke, I startled when I came around my car. Fortunately it ran away, I was 2 ft from it.
Don't leave it any treats, you'll never get rid of it.

An excellent series of captures! Looks like a rather friendly intruder! You are really inventive in figuring how to do this capture! Very well done!

Not unless they sign a lease, and agree to pay for their own cable... 😆

outstanding captures. I use to trap raccoons in wealthy people's homes and would take them to the local police station. they would release them out in the country and bring my trap back

Great series of captures. Where I live I haven't seen any raccoons recently but I have seen tracks, so I know they're around.

A funny visit, nice shots !

Judging from his or her size, I would say that this raccoon has been living pretty high on the hog ! ! ! !

Terrific night shots with your home made security camera! Looks just like daytime. Did the raccoon make a racket while prowling through the yard?

Hi Rod! I hope krittermom sees this! This is just fantastic! After Christmas dinner 1970 we had a visit by a while family (2 parents and 2 kids) who tore off the oven wrap and had started eating on the Christmas ham and turkey. Mother was horrified, but the folks we were visiting knew the raccoons and cut good size slices and gave them. Satisfied, they ran off to their nest.

Clever you!

These little guys can be so cute but so destructive. I also use to think they were pretty BA as far as throwing their weight around. Until I saw one tangle (briefly) with a possum. The possum can be deceptively passive seeming but actually pretty BA when it wants. Of course none of these critters messed with my cat (pure alley through and through) when he was alive. My brother had a huge brazilian fazer. I swear after the cat got done the dog was trying to climb a tree! Been over twenty years now but I miss that cat. :)

When I lived in NY the raccoons would always invade the dumpsters for the development. Now I live in Florida and I have them coming over every night for treats from me (which I hand them). I start training them when they're very young and their moms bring them to my yard. They all love powdered donuts although many are afraid of me so I have to sweet talk them a bit until they begin to trust me. I have several carts and they get along fine with the raccoons and possum (who also stop by now and then). I feel it's better to give them food for a month or two before they migrate to safer locations, rather than have them fight over food and knock over garbage cans in the process. They're very timid and very cute but they always just leave after a couple of months.

Such a cute creature. Would have loved to stroke it -- though of course it would have sooner run away. :)

Cool, but I mind them very much when I find the garbage strewn across the driveway in the morning. The newest trash can we have is from the garbage pick up and it's big, heavy and has wheels. No more raccoon issues.
