I just got TerraDome 3 and this is my first use of it, so the image quality and lighting don't look very good, but I can see TD 3 has lots of possibilities.
With Daz Dog 8 and its space suit.

You are right. TD3 is a tremendous technology limited only by imagination. I wouldn't say it has a learning curve but you do have to fiddle with it a bit to extract its potential because it's such a paradigm shift. You might find the HDRI's need to be toned down a bit or a lot because at their default settings the light can wash everything away. Best of luck !! :-)

Thanks for the suggestions, Rtesian! I was a little surprised by the lighting, and you saved me time on my next attempt with that info.
