Hurricane Florence struck with a vengeance, shattering the lives of many
and leaving destruction in its wake. F E M A will help with roadside pickup,
flood waters have receded and life goes on.

High ground here is 16 feet above sea level, which doesn't seem too secure when a potential 14 foot storm surge is breathing down your neck... I went inland about 150 miles, so missed all the live action. News coverage didn't pay much attention to the ugly sister of Wilmington and New Bern, which received the full storm impact. Morehead City has a long and colorful history, but never seems to receive the kind of attention afforded to other local cities.
Time heals all, and when the weather cools a bit I will be doing lots of yard work.
I view most of your posted works... beginning to get a better concept of efforts involved, and applaud each of you for being a vital part of the Renderosity community
