Description
Sorry for not having posted lately, been very busy with taking art classes over the last 8 months at an art school. Learning all about graphite, charcoal, and coloured pencil techniques as well as art theory on things like composition, color schemes, lighting and more. A lot of what I've learned in traditional techniques I'm also trying to use digitally. This Friday I've graduated. Not that it will get less busy, I've been invited to join the staff as an art instructor, so I'll be in training for the coming year. I'll try and upload my recent work the coming week, but also will try to be more faithful in uploading new work here for all of you to enjoy.
Here's my graduation artwork. It was drawn with Escape Motions Rebelle 3, trying to simulate coloured pencil. This took around 60 hours over a month to develop from the initial brainstorm and planning stage to the final execution. The keen observer may recognize some Poser elements in this image. I've used Poser to study dragon and knight poses. Image size is 4724x2362 pixels
Enjoy!
