Description
We have spent the last week in Southern Tasmania (in the space between Tasmania and Antarctica). We explored the great Southern Ocean in a very small but capable boat. There was no hint of 'cruising' in the traditional sense here. The ground swells were huge and the wind at times was relentless. The following photos were all taken from our small craft's deck in huge swells!
All photos straight out of my SLR. Enjoy. The Southern Ocean refers to the ring of ocean that circles Antarctica.

Wonderful! I eat a lot of ginger so maybe I should be ok on the swell.

No need to paddle here ! LOL..
Thankfully you and your company can handle these strong winds and high waves.
