Description
There are all sorts of walls...such as, the ones we have in our home, walls used as borders between countries, dictators' walls placed on their society's actions. There are also those walls only you can sense--ones that we place around ourselves . But those "walls" that others use to control us are the most pernicious...don't allow those unwelcome, hateful walls to cramp your life, thoughts, actions, to imprison your soul.
As simple quickie to experiment with emitters in Superfly...
Thanks for the view...do hope you read my little rant, and it gives you something to think about. Thanks too for your kind comments...always appreciate your support.

Walls can be a total distraction for sure...they can truly distort the path that lies a head of you. Fret not...all you have to do is take a peep through the peep hole...you'll see it is all good and a part of life...the troubles we encounter can only do 2 things...break us down or make us stronger. Me, myself..I am a fighter...but being humble is also great but without fear...:). What an awesome Portrayal of life Goldie!! NICE JOB!

Thanks for your comment...nice to know that someone actually reads the little blurbs that accompany the image...I too am a fighter. As a cancer survivor I know what it means to fight for one's life, and, without being a Polly Anna, the necessity for positive, constructive thinking...

Love the glowing "blue balls" (snicker). The only wall I enjoy is pink floyd the wall.
The song signs comes to mind,
Put up a fence to keep me out and to keep mother nature in, if God was here he would tell you man your some kind of sinner.
Maybe a wall but same trespass issue.
Not sure the bible words are in this line about forgive our trespass as we forgive??
Strong pointed issue, Barb. Well done. Bong just thew a few more darts at his poster.

Delightful image and concept... It's a shame it's so grainy.
goldie
The graininess is intentional...

really cool lighting, the blue is eye-catching. I like the graininess; it adds drama and a bit of spookiness.
walls. they keep some in and some out. some are built from hate and fear some are for real protection; only the honest heart knows the difference.
rhol_figament
As long as they're not the kind of walls that slowly close in on her. Nice touch with the lights and I like the graphic look...

Fantastic and a little oppressive image, great work! You're right, the walls that bother us on a daily basis are often invisible but very real! And there are also those who disfigure humanity, alas!

Her walls seem as though they are moving in. Understand what you said.

This is really creative and a wonderful image - super artwork! I love the emissives you've used - it adds a wonderful interesting light to the scene.
And what a great message as well! The walls we build against others frequently serve only to imprison us.
goldie
Thanks Rod. I did forget to mention that I only used 4 emitters in this scene--3 on her body and one large one behind her...they do in fact lend an interesting light to the scene...and real easy to set up :)

and the ancient Japanese used 7 walls in their daily life to shield them from outsiders. Great work on this scene and the lighteing
