I have more to post.
Bodie made it through his 3 surgeries fine and I picked him up at 3PM. he had the Elizabeth collar on and walked right by me because of eye sight is limited to the sides. I had his cage mounted on a luggage shelf for the trailer hitch. he went in no problem but could not back out when we came home. I had to sit his 80 pounds plus the cage weight down on the floor so I could reach in and unhook the collar. then he was able to turn around. I put the collar right back on. now like any dog, they hate the collar. Eve used the same collar when she had a tumor removed from her head. I had some small pet fencing and put it together in my living room so he could have room to move around. he was in the laundry room, but every time I wanted to go out the cone would be against the door. he is confused about the collar and when I took him outside he was bumping up against everything. I know he was trying to dislodge it.
he has been whining some, but simply was wanting water to drink. he can go back to full eating and all the water he wants tomorrow

This is a gorgeous fall photo, Richard! Wish we'd get some good color here once in a while. It usually goes right from green to brown, then bare trees..
