Description
Condensation and how to do :-)
1 kg prune plums (Zwetschge) , cut in halves, remove the core (stone).
About 3 cups of a good red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon for example),
1 cinamon stick, 1 vanilla bean, 3 clove, zesting a half orange, 100 gr sugar, bring all together to boil and let cook slowly about 10 min.
then do it in a bowl, cover it with a transparent film and let cool down, wait and drink a glass of wine.. till you see the water drops on the transparent film,
then take your camera and do some great pictures and then go forward working in the kitchen. You can serve the prunes with vanilla ice cream – it is a real good autumn dessert!

lol, a sneaky way to get in a recipe! And it sounds delicious! As for the photo, it's wonderfully detailed, and looks almost like an aerial view of circular huts. I never knew how many tiny droplets there are on film, after condensation. The result, here, is mesmerizing.
