The blur reminds me of a single element soft focus lens. Did you do that in the render or post? I love the pose and lighting too.

It is actually a little of both- The shallow depth of field in Daz softened the eyebrows a bit too much so I adjusted the f stop then blurred two more layers in Photoshop and erased them around the face and mid torso. The background even though minimal stock photo was added- The scene in Daz rendered out as a transparent PNG- the background was empty so it was easy to drop in a new background.
