I am a keen animal lover so most of my art does include animals. I was always to be found sketching or painting animals from a very young age, and so after work then marriage, and raising 3 children, then breeding and showing dogs in the UK and Europe plus my animal photography, I got back into art again but this time digitally.
Digital art for me began with photography, my son Steve Pinchbeck (predatron) loved it and introduced me to Renderosity, and in fact joined me16years ago (now2020). Gradually I moved into mixed medium, and photo-manipulation and eventually digital fine-art. I use Adobe PS CS4 extended, and hand paint using Wacom Intuos Pro tablet & pen.
I love realistic art and strive to achieve this when painting, because of this I use photos of animals when I paint, for reference. Many of my own photos are of cats and especially of dogs. I often visited zoos too for the wild animal photography, but also have a few cat and dog breeder friends who allow me to photograph their treasured animals. Many thanks to some friends also who are amazing photographers who allow me to use their wonderful photos of wild animals for reference.
My art features in many household items and also artworks in my Redbubble store. https://www.redbubble.com/people/JaneEden/shop?asc=u
I do love it here and have made friends with some wonderful people and amazing artists.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my gallery or my Renderosity store, I do so appreciate it.
I would like to thank everyone who has purchased products from me, I hope you are enjoying creating some wonderful art with them.
Best of wishes to everyone ! :D xx

A very beautiful unicorn, Jane! Glad to see you back.
I had that same surgery back in 2007 when I had a separated retina in my left eye. It took a little while, but it healed up nicely, and I'm sure yours will too. Hope all goes well with the next surgery, and you heal quickly.

Hello Jane, I've always admired your work, it's amazing. I understand what you're going through for your eyes, I almost lost my sight last June and I had to perforate the irises, I stayed a week in the dark, 2 months without glasses and since then I've been doing photo-phobia, it can last a year until the brain gets used to having additional, non-retractable pupils. So I sympathize with your difficulties in working on the computer, good continuation and healing
