this is in Delta, Colorado. below is a youtube video of the collection. I missed seeing the car lot or I would have stopped there also for photos. I had a long raise to go that evening so I was in a hurry. I did take photos of all the collection downtown https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itAVLSjx11M

This is a 1947 DeSoto. The 1948 is similar, with the "teeth" of the grille extending into the chrome surround, but the middle part of the grille is flatter on the '47. I'm not sure how to tell the difference between the "Custom" and "DeLuxe" models.

Here's a '47 DeLuxe from an old car sale site:
