Description

Just a close look at part of the control room. The diagram is color coded to show various systems: radiated water, regular water, steam, etc. It's tempting to think how much of this could be relayed to the operators via a modern LED terminal and interactive GUI, etc. Still, it worked. That is the important thing. Once that happens, then you can doink around and try to improve it. Compare cockpit controls of commercial aircraft ... quite a few changes but the basic functions are there. I think this was a lot more interesting than yet another stupid MS-based GUI. (Yes, I understand the fun of making the stupid GUI, but I'm talking from a user-perspective. I want to feel that a job is more than a computer simulation.) Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
