Wonderful image not sure if you still want advice but I want to help you improve your art so my advice would be light up her eyes they look a little flat a little glimmer a little shine make all the difference and will make her more realistic :)

this closeup uses equal space for both halves, and it's striking, esp in close crop. And the contrast between her smooth skin and that burrowed, textured wall is striking. I don't know anything about 3D skin work, but you've created beautiful smoothness on the skin, and lots of subtle lighting. She looks dreamily way into another world. Beautiful work, Mike.
