The Agenda 2030 is a plan that is supposed to resolve that problem; but I am not sure that the public will surrender their freedom for that.

je suis né dans une région viticole et mon enfance a été aussi faite de vendanges, je ne pourrai jamais boire un bon vin en pensant au prix de la bouteille.
