When I first started with Poser back in the late 90's I 'created' a model I org named "Tiffy" who some years later was then renamed "Paige Sprite" when I say I "created" I mean at that time I took bits and bobs from other V3 / V4 models and Frankinstiend them together, Later on she was revamped from "Navari" from Throne with my own skin set and morph tweaks and that version stuck around till I moved to Daz, when I then rebuilt her from scratch and changed up her hair style and parts of her body (the biggest changes being both her face and her now asymmetrical breasts) and finally she was released as my first commercial character last year.
