BIO
This site is a collaboration between myself and Alexander Graham. Alex is someone who answered my call from a place, though far away, so close to my heart, and we work together towards the same goals with a shared vision of a better world, not just for a chosen few, but for everyone, everywhere. And we work for an understanding that there are other points of view and other opinions, and that open debate, along with all the other principles America was founded on, is what turns that diversity of perspective and prejudice into a strength instead of a weakness. That is what our work is devoted to: a better world for our children's children's children.Thank you for taking the time to visit.. Alexander and Lynn

Beautiful cat, Lynn, and I know how much animal rescue has meant to you over the years. You've saved many animals from terrible fates. And I know that some rescues have been through the equivalent of human homelessness and even war; so when they're rescued, they feel that at last someone cares. I'm really sorry you've struggled so much and that your health is effecting you so much. I know you feel you may not be back here, and you have my blessings and love in whatever path you need to take; but I will continue to wish and pray for you to return, either here or elsewhere, and that life grant you as much light as it can. You have seen a great deal in your life, and your wisdom and light is a treasured thing. I wish you strength and power, inner power, in getting through your journey now. And I'm glad this place could be one of the lifelines during your heaviest years. You've given a lot of light, you deserved to get light back. I'll write to you after this, but I wish you healing and light. Much love and hugs to you from a crisp quiet chicago pre-dawn, mark

Hi Lynn, I do love the tranquility of this wonderful cat . I can see the love that there is around him and that it's your love, Lynn. The Love with which you graced us all the time, with your words, always giving us hope, with your wisdom--teaching us about what LIFE should be--and With your priceless Art! I'm truly deeply grateful for all that. I'm lost of words Lynn, i just want you be rewarded for everything you gave us. So, i only was able to do this prayer for you, trusting from the bottom of my heart that it will reach you out and that you'll be here again. Receive it, with all my love and humility:
** I said a prayer for you today, And know God must have heard. I felt the answer in my heart, although He spoke no word...
I didn't ask for wealth of fame, I knew you wouldn't mind. I asked Him to send you treasures of a more lasting kind. I asked that He'd be near you, at the start of each new day. To grant you health and blessings and friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you in all things great and small. But it was for His loving care. And i prayed the most of all
** Much peace and Light to you Lynn and please, never say NEVER! love, ana

I've stopped posting on RR, but Mark sent me a link to your post, and I'm glad he did.
You make such a difference in the world, old friend, and I think that's the best result anyone can achieve. Your willingness to be open to those who need help, to share your stories, to be loving and vulnerable in the world, is a gift. I'm sending love and peace your way, and good thoughts for whatever is best for you at this time in your life. And hugs. As many as you can stand. You hold a special place in my heart, and I wish you light.

I have been letting my Bodie sleep in the laundry room because of the cold temperatures. while he was recovering from surgery recently he was in the living room. it was a big hassle but I did not want him to get sick from the temperatures in the 20's.
pretty cat. I am trying to make friends with a female dog that is loose most of the time and hungry. she will eat from my hand, but I can not touch her yet. I will take her to the shelter if she will loose her fear
