Hi there =) ! Thank you for your views, comments, likes and favs. They are always appreciated.

Description :

Miho wanted to wish Rod a Very Happy Birthday =) .... (though a day late and she blames me for being late !). She said she wanted to dress up a bit (which is totally not like her) and asked me to take a snap of her with a cake to send to Rod as a birthday greeting... and her wish is basically my command... and well this was the result of that...

About this render :

Well, this is a different take on Miho than her usual very casual look. Just wanted to see how she will look a bit glamed up and still with that blue hair. This is lit by light emitting surfaces. There are 3 of them in the scene. One to create the highlight on her shoulders and hair, the other slightly to left of her as the main light. And then there is a massive sphere light that I have been using as an ambient light fill with a very low power. The cake has a custom material too with SSS enabled to make it look a bit like a chocolate cake. Still not that good I think. Need to improve on it. I am pleased with how my custom materials for Miho is rendering under this kind of lighting. It has been more than a year long journey in tweaking her skin materials to make her look good. Still may have to edit it a bit further for this kind of lighting. Need to add a bit of sheen. The hair I am not too happy with under this kind of lighting. Have to do some experimentation to get it to look a lot better. I did rework her smile in ZBrush after my last upload. Was not too happy with it. I think the reworked smile looks more natural. But overall with the black background, red dress and blue hair to add constrast, I think Miho looks rather beautiful ;). PS: Just updated it a bit. Darkened her hair, added subtle shine to the dress and brightened her eyes a bit. Looks better I think.

WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! Oh be still, my beating heart!!

Miho is looking more ravishing than ever - although she looks hot no matter what she's wearing (or not wearing..). With all these beautiful girls wishing me a happy birthday, I think I need at least a couple more of them each year! LOL

Actually, I think the icing on the cake looks really good - once I noticed the cake, I mean... LOL All the work you've put into Miho (and the cake) has certainly paid off. Superb as always!
