Description

...you gave me a start. I seem to be on a Poser nighttime scene jag, but it's a good way to see how well one's light setup and render settings are working. So, it's just a simple scene--very little of the materials had to be adjusted for Superfly--just the knob on the walking stick and her ring. Of course EZSkin3 was used. Did take a while to render, but at least there are no "fireflies" and the shadows look good. Some of you might use Fabi's floors and parrotdolphin's materials, but have found that they cannot be used in P11. They can if you set them up in P10 and then import the Poser scene into P11. Not as elegant as using them directly within P11, but until those pythons are updated, it is a workaround. Thanks for the view and for any comments you'd like to leave...always appreciate your support. Gal's outfit was a 2008 Halloween vendor's gift: Clockwork Girl by Arcebus. The dog is Puggles which is no longer available at Rosity.

Great render!!!

Out of the box the most poser materials are for firefly, so i have to convert them into cycles. This takes a while but i think the reasult can be seen. And then superfly can be a great render engine.

Janet's materials are by far the best in my opinion. You have made good use of them here Barbara and I would never have dared bring the lighting down so much! You're a star!

your lighting is excellent. she's classy and I love the suspenders, I think women look cute in them. I also like the reflection on the floor, good job with that in the low light.

Good looking night scene, my friend. The lighting is really well done, and accurate. Sorry I startled this lovely lady! LOL

One of many reasons I stay with PP 2014... I've got a ton of those parrotdolphin materials, and use them a lot. It would be a big PITA to have to jump through all those hoops to use them.

I think it looks great.

If it were in black and white I might say, very Hollywood noir. Who could she have stumbled into? The brooding, pedestrian but noble Mr. Marlow? Or the wolf in sheep's clothing that has already murdered three people in her posh community?
