the dark here is deep, with a ghostly pumpkin and cat, and quiet rays behind the skeleton. But then you go "chiaroscuro" on us, and give intense light on the main character---a woman, I presume, because she has a very expensive stole behind her (I think), and the presence of all that white and off-white is striking in this darkness. She seems to be exiting a trunk (with delightfully creepy spiders, etc). Like she came out to greet her lover on Halloween. Striking lighting, the Renaissance masters would've approved (Caravaggio comes to mind). A really striking image. Boy, I'm sorry Halloween is over, your images for it have been terrific!
