...just to say hi, and that my commenting has been way slower than usual. I apologize...but I will get to all of you, even if it takes me a few weeks...
This is near home a few years ago. It was originally for an art-fair poster (and I used it for a manipulation here); but this is the original pic. Just a fall moment...

Beautiful and iconic photo of the fall season. The colours pop out and strikes the eyes with their glorious variations; and the children,joined by their father as they walk to school. Thank you for your comments in my gallery. They mean a lot to me

I love dads that hold children's hands. nice colors in this sweet scene of everyday life. the wonderful fences along the sidewalks there are such a lovely touch to the city experience.

The striking Fall colors in your Chicago neighborhood make the warm and ever dry milieu in my neighborhood look extremely pale in comparison, like say, light beige with various degrees of monotone. It's still warm here in the mid 80s at the end of October. Our Fall may begin in November. Anyway, have a wonderful Halloween and thanks for dropping by to doff your beret and say hi.

This definitely has a fall feel to it.. The leaves on the ground, yellow leaves in the background, the family with their cold weather clothing all add to the feeling of closeness and warmth in contrast to the cooling days ahead. A wonderful photo to gently guide us into the waning days of the year.

Take it easy on that arm, buddy. Healing and recovery comes a little slower to us young-at-heart old farts. As always, thank you for your wonderful and insightful comments (or more accurately essays LOL). You see things in my work that I don't even see! But it makes me try even harder to improve and make what I do better.

No matter which side of the barricade you are or which part of the globe you are seasons inevitably change. still, we are having a most unusual warmest time of the year. lovely and a most boisteous scene, Mark!
