This was a concept I've been thinking of, with this trial render as a result. The quality is bad, maybe I'll finish it some day.

Thanks to all for the comments. That's why I uploaded some of my renders, to get a feel for what's appreciated and for feedback or pointers about composition, perspective, llighting, etc. For me It's just a hobby, so not all renders are "final". Some are just concepts or initial renders.

Well, I'm not a content creator, so to make the character look more like the painting I would have to create the headpiece. This was just put together using Jessie updo hair (Kozaburo) and some towel props.
