For the ripples in her clothes, I used a dForce wind node with a wind speed of 9 mph.

Nice. I have not tried the wind node yet. Will give it a try

Rajib, if you need to resize the wind node (as I did here) you can't do it by just selecting it in the "Scene" tab - you have to also go to the "Parameters" tab and select "Wind" at the bottom of the list. Wind speed is very sensitive, and you only need to make small changes - even half a mile per hour can make a difference, so the 9 mph I used is very strong.
