Here we see a door, most of the doors are gone, this is one of the originals. Now the room that it closes is a combat position in wartime and a cell in peacetime. If you zoom in you can read the markings some of the occupants carved in to the wood. Those people are already long gone, like i told, the fort was found obsolete before WWI and was decommissioned in 1907. Now when i took this picture i didn't know that. We tried to go on a tour with a guide but we never found out where the tour started. When we saw the last tour go by, we tagged along. And that's how i know now.
