Description
The inner courtyard. The windows on the side are those of the offices and rooms of the officers, they are safe, they are parallel with the line of fire. The wall in front with the small circular windows are the troops washrooms, Not a great loss if they got hit. Notice that all the walls are concave, there aren't any corners in this courtyard. This was to stop the bullets from ricocheting. they would hit the wall and stay there.
