Pretty good ! This one played without any problem. Maybe it way just the load on the server during that time I tried. One thing I found out while making my customer character that the vertices in the face geometry matters a lot. The expression are designed for the base figure and start to distort any other figure they are applied on as the vertices might be in different position and orientation. That is why more and more you see HD smiles morphs, etc. when you buy a figure.
I wonder how much distortion I would see if I were to run mimic on my custom character. I do / fix most of her expression in ZBrush because the dials just don't work well for me.

Never looked into the best hardware for rendering.
All I have is a Fujitsu Celsius H700 laptop running Win7 Pro (x64), Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU M 620 @ 2.67GHz, 2667 MHz, 2 core('s), 4 logical processor(s), with 8GB real memory, and a grahics card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 880M, with 1GB RAM.
About 8 years old by now.
