Description
Pagan or PB as we called her. Such a lovely sweet little girl.
The day before her 10th birthday she had a major operation on her lung, Mike likened her injury to a puncture in a bike tyre & he had to mend it accordingly.
The operation took 4 hours & she had to have her rib cage opened up. We were told she would be in the vets for 5 days, Pagan had other ideas & she was home next day, the barking she did in the vets was far worse than her being with us. She came home & every day I had to take her to see Mike to have her drain emptied. She had a huge bright green bandage round her body. Thankfully she recovered well & lived to 13+.
It just shows how stoic this breed is.

Pagan was a beautiful gal...it never ceases to amaze me how stoic our furry companions can be after injury/operations and how quickly they recuperate...

Ah yes I remember about that, she was indeed a wonderful and very brave girl and very strong too. I think your dogs good health is down to you and how you care for them, they have a 5star life with you, for sure and that makes me so proud to be your friend. hugs and love xxxxxxxxxxxxx
