Description
Someone commissioned to draw her.
She is not a mermaid, but she her fantasy is being one, and makes costumes to swim as one. Here she made one that looks like a cetacean instead of more traditional mermaids which have fish tails. This one I feel makes more sense, since cetaceans are anatomically much closer to humans.
