http://tugboatinformation.com/tug.cfm?id=596 APRIL was moored to the other side of BROWN. Between us, the green vessel, is a bulk carrier unloading salt to be delivered to the state highway administration. One of the BROWN's crew told me that this is a common occurrence, someone is always unloading salt and the wind carries the "dust" over to the BROWN. Not good, but a fact of life at this pier.
