Anglais (traduction automatique) Hello, and thank you for coming to visit me!
I live in the south of France, in the Tarn. I have always been passionate about images, especially photography (ah, black and white film ...).
For a few years, I created images with 3D software: Poser of course (Poser4 at the start ...), Cinema4D, Vue. You can see some of these images at the start of my gallery on Renderosity.
Then, with age and fatigue helping, I returned to my first graphic love: photography.
I especially like to show what is not always considered interesting: insects, animals that we meet without seeing them, and if possible to make a portrait of them that we enjoy seeing.
I also really like the architecture, especially religious, that I discover during my rare travels
My partner Danielle is also present on Renderosity, under the pseudo of Leije

Two things come to mind when viewing this photo: to invest so much capital in these structures (material and human labor) there must have been all sorts of major hostilities during that period, and human beings were smaller at that time. Nice to see France's heritage is so well curated. Thanks for sharing your amazing captures :)

Il me semble bien long ce corridor...et ils n'avait pas de fluorescents pour l'éclairer

Does look rather tight in areas to walk, great looking capture of this area, JC.
Bet this place could tell lots of stories.

Seriously, a wonderful photo of a unique place!

Its a unbelievable work which they did by working up the stones in these round elements. Not every brick is the same, so it must have been a puzzle to get this all together. Thanks for sharing this great view my friend

Now imagine it without the modern lights. A hand held torch would make this walk a bit different for sure, lol...

the fluorescent makes an ominous mood

Beneath the Hotel De La Closhe is the Cav De La Closhe (a restaurant cut out of stone), in Dijon France. It's a beautiful and amazing place. This photo reminded me of that, although my spelling is terrible I went there often! lol

Great looking capture my friend!!!

Okay, I already know that from the catacombs in Paris. What I find a bit strange here are the fluorescent tubes. This atmosphere is completely odd. It lacks the dim light of old bulbs. ;) Interesting photo, Jean-Claude.
