Description

Well, this is my first attempt with volumetric lighting and rim lighting. A test if you will. I would really enjoy feedback and suggestions on this one please. Thank you for your awesome support and comments!!! I'll be adding a follow up with an extra rim light shortly for comparison. HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all of you here at Renderosity!!

This looks really great! Looking at the full-size version, the lighting really brings out the skin texture, and the SSS is quite evident, especially where it hits her right ear from behind - quite realistic. Playing around with the lighting is fascinating, and often results in amazing images like this.

I think you did an excellent job with the lighting. I struggle with every image so I appreciate seeing someone get it done beautifully. It inspires me to work harder. You have just enough light in front to make the back lighting work perfectly! Great job!
