This a kind of re-work of an image I did over fifteen years ago in Poser called Room With A View. Weird how time flies... It always brings back happy and sad memories at the same time when I look at it. The original version contained a model (round window) made by a fellow artist here at Renderosity called nexxon . He was a professional illustrator based in Hamburg, Germany and became a good friend over time. We've worked together on a couple of projects as well, talked a lot on the phone and also met in person a few times. Five years later after I got to know him, he died in a car accident at the age of 42. Everyone who knew him was totally shocked by his sudden and completely unexpected death. I still think about him after all these years and I wonder which beautiful artworks he would do today with all the new technology and software being at hand these days. I'm sure he'd have a blast! So with the amazing possibilities of DAZ Studio using dForce and iRay I just had to give the original image another try. Dedicated to my fellow friend Christoph Rehbein - we miss you mate!
