We see a Big-Feet woman walking along that corridor, she walks in diagonal because the spaceship is still accelerating. She feels the centipede force towards her feet, due to the spinning of the wheel, and a lateral force towards her left side (the right side of the picture), due to the acceleration effect of the spaceship; it is accelerating towards her right side.
