Description

TGIF indeed my friends. Many thanks for your time and valued comments, they are very highly appreciated. As time draws near end of year my so called friend and roommate I've been renting with since 1990 wants to evict me. Some of you might recall me saying this in February of this year. Now time draws very near. I feel used, helped him pay off his house now he wants me out. Looks like I'll be living in my car and under a bridge. I really don't want to move back in with my mom, she prefers to be alone in her house. So I don't want to inconvenience her. You might not see me here next year. Unsure of what path to take. One I'm thinking about the mighty God might not forgive me. So sick of having such shi# luck over the past few years. I hope I can convince Brian to stay until this time next year and hope I'll have a full time job well before then. Can't move out on 16 hrs a week at my pt job. What do you think of a friend that suggests that you start thinking about pitching a tent under a bridge or in my mom's back yard as he said? Dang nab, do problems ever end for me?? Sorry for ranting. Steve. Credits: MDD Elven Realm by: Maddelirium Selene Hair by: Mairy LF Troubles by: Lilflame Skull Rocks by: Poisen Lost Lands hy: DM

St, sorry to hear it's come to this eekdog :( I was hoping things would work out better. Parents are parents to be honest, no matter what. Sounds like moving in with your mom is a better idea than the streets? St. I wish I could do something, I hope there can be a resolution. Best of luck and wishes.

Nice job on this one, Steve...like that hair and background...

Do hope you get your living arrangements straightened out...you certainly do go from one crisis to the next--move in with your mom for awhile, Steve--I'm sure she'll understand.

Hope you find a place to go and get that money back that solved him to pay "your" home. I even think with the payment you did he can't set you out. I know it is not the way, but a lawyer could give you advise for free. To your picture, it is great my friend. Wishing you already the best for the old and New Year.

this image is cool. nice creepy background and a beautiful girl. I absolutely love her hair.

I'm so sorry you are struggling. ask Mom if you can stay for a little while. there are ways to avoid each other while living in the same house. I live with my mom as her full time caregiver... I keep to myself when I'm not actively taking care of her.

So sorry to hear about this Steve :/ , don't know what to say, but as some others suggested, perhaps you should ask your mother, even if this just a temporarily thing. In any case, keep smiling :) - After my studies, I've been back living with my parents for some reasons (and still am), don't think I've ever told you ;) .

Cool rendering. Moving in with your mom doesn't sound too bad. My 63-year old son, who does much of the house work, is now living with me.

Fantastic image!

Sorry to hear about your housing issues... Anyone who would kick out somebody in the middle of winter in Colorado never deserved to be called a friend! I don't know about your municipality or the state of Colorado, but I worked with not-for-profits in other states where there were programs that provided temporary housing assistance... If you haven't checked for that maybe you should.

This is really gorgeous, Steve! As always you put your heart into your artwork.

I would think staying with your mom temporarily would be better than no place at all. You might want to look into a program like zaqxsw described. Anything would beat living in your car under a bridge. Hopefully, karma will visit and deal with that low-life Brian.

I've found that old saying about things being darkest just before the dawn to be true many times in my life. Don't give up, buddy.

He's no friend. A friend would never put you out in the cold. I guess you could call him a 'fair weather friend' but a true friend he's not. I have to agree with those who say try Mom. She IS your Mom hon. I wish you some good luck instead of all this crap stuff you've been bombarded with. Believe better times are ahead Steve. Hugs.

at least get your mom to allow you to park your car at her home and stay in a homeless shelter. I spent the night in one at Gallup, New Mexico and it sure beat sleeping in my car with temperatures falling like crazy. the food was really good also. if you are working a little, they will ask a very small amount to pay for your bed
