Description
I do not know if the upper wires for lightening are being installed or additional power lines
the helicopter pilot is amazingly skilled. I watched for a short time and the copter was not moving even in a slight breeze

I've never seen them hang down like that -- they were always like on the Helo Rail (image how much closer and dangerous that would be) -- well not that this isn't already .. jeepers!!!!
