Description

Enough people have written about how perfect a classic Les Paul is for playing blues leads, so I've nothing original to write regarding that. But the sound of electric blues inspired this render and its postwork treatment. Guitar in question is Td3d's latest, and comes as part of the "Wurlie-T" package available at Daz. The strings are articulated so you can bend them, and the posable guitar strap is included. I've broken a few strings in my day trying to emulate David Gilmour, so I appreciate just how far these virtual strings can bend. :) Like all of Td3d's products so far, the material zones are intelligently laid out and labeled, making conversion to 3DL or any other rendering engine pretty straightforward. Post-processing in GIMP and Filter Forge. Enjoy!

A fine guitar for sure, with a smart string bending system :) , and nice tribute, David Gilmour is certainly one of the most amazing guitar player around :)

You can say that again. I spent a lot of hours studying just his "Money" solos when I was more serious about electric guitar. They are a master course in how to take the blues into an art rock context. Glad you liked the render!
