Wow. That is a very nice likeness. I like the painterly style you adopted on this one. Good lighting, the hair is very solid, and I like the wrinkled shirt. It adds to his whole "scruffy looking nerfherder" vibe. I like the way the trail behind the ship adds to the background by bringing in some much-needed lightness. It works well with the corner planet. VERY nice job all around, particularly on his skin tones! I'm getting a real movie poster vibe from this.

Okay, if I'm going to make one suggestion (and it is tiny, but this is so close to perfect that it would have to be tiny) I would suggest making the ship a little smaller so that you could increase its distance from Han's head. I think that would provide a little more balance to the to of the illustration. As I said, this is a super-tiny note on something that's damn-near perfect. Bravo!
