Description
... a new character I am working on. This is a comparison sheet
using 4 different skin shaders. Pure Poser render - No postwork.
The left 2 versions are with vss shader (with built-in gamma
correction) - the right versions are my own adapted shaders that
came with Poser7. The base texture is from Illusions-Designs.
Which version did you prefer ?

The light reflection in her eyes is different in each version meaning you used 4 different lighting setups... you have to stay with the same lighting setup for all four and change only the skin shader in order to tell the difference in shaders. I like to use a lighting system of approx. 60 lights to get away from that Poser classic look. I like Poser 7 that's what I use also.

Hi, thanks for your thoughs. Indeed - I use 2 different light settings - the greenish light is the same for numer 1 and 3 - but there is a big difference. I only use approx, 4 to 6 lights in my settings.

You can see it when you compare the hair reflections. The same light setting for number 1 und 3 - another for number 2 and 4, But unfortunately I didn't keep record which ones were used ...
