A high resolution render and a render that could not have been done on my 32 bit system. The low memory on it could not render the outfit I used here in this image. Not even close!

It definitely makes a difference - a 32 bit machine/OS can only address 4 gigs of RAM, which is a big bottleneck for 3D stuff. Lots of numbers to crunch with all those polygons!
I'm running behind again... Lots of configuring and consolidating of data and imagery going on here.. Making progress, though...

Yes, ala your description, the detail on your model's outfit, as well as in the wall, would not have been as deep if this were a lower resolution. A really complex outfit: kudos on it and your light on it. I love the deep blacks on her lower half, while the upper half as more light and sheen. (Plus your work with steampunk design is always spot on), The wall is fascinating and I love the dark-brass feel to it. Also, the light on the urns is very special. A moody, mysterious piece, with a lot left to the imagination (her confessions). I Love the "misfit," "punx" and other pins on her lapel too---love the details here.
