Description
Captured 5/16/2010 on the grounds of the beautiful Muckenthaler Cultural Center in beautiful Fullerton, California. Even with the advent of smartphones back then, there was no use of them for fotos, possibly because they didn't equal regular cameras for quality. Nowadays they can be seen used everywhere for all kinds of events.
This was a two day show featuring custom cars on one day and elegant autos the next.

Looks like she's shooting with a Canon Digital Rebel...
The cameras on smartphones and tablets have advanced a lot, and I do use my tablet cameras frequently. But my D6 beats them all at 20MP.
Great shot of a photographer in action!

I'm starting to skip again, Harry, only so I can get a sampling of several weeks of shots. (It's the only reason, as they're all worth commenting on.) And btw, you mentioned Louis Armstrong and Gene Krupa in my jazz story: They were both giants, but I didn't mention them only because they didn't make their bones in KCity (which was my focus in that tale). Krupa was incredible both with BGoodman and w/ his own group; and Armstrong was a pillar, period. As always, your comments are superlative, and I thank you for everyone of them.
To this: You have a whole series of photographer shots in your gallery---one of the only artists here who capture them---and they all capture the essence of taking pictures. This one has a lady balancing what I assume is an incline: It's a little bit of an illusion at first, but when we see the background, that's definitely an incline. And she's balancing while almost stepping out of her clogs, and all bent over at the shoulders, concentrating on the shot while adjusting her lens. (With matching shorts and bag!) Terrific capture. You got her concentration spot on.
