You're right. Need to work on that.

She should have a bracer on the inside of her bow arm. If you've ever zinged yourself with a bowstring you'll know why. I was gonna say the arrow was on the wrong side of the bow but a closer look suggests she's using the Mongolian release and is shooting with a thumb ring, in which case you might want to research the hand positioning. Modern female archers frequently use a chest protector, too; imagine zinging your nipple with a bowstring! I'm sure that's doable too. A close fitting smooth lether jerkin should suffice. I hope this is some help, good Ork-hunting!
