I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Wow, Big Bro! I love it, this is a beautiful render, lighting and composition. I'm so happy to know that you finally got your PC for DS renders. An instant fave!
Radar_rad-dude
She is a totally fantastic robot girl and this is a most magnificent render! Extraordinarily fine job on this one! Bravo and many fine kudos! Happy New Year!!!!!

You have a great IT department to get all everything talking lol!!! Cool robot and get compositing work - really well done!!!

A valve computer? Need an upgrade fast, that thing must be older than my machine and not many outside of a museum are older than mine...
Nicely posed and lit. Hard to tell it's a composite as well so that's been done well.

Great scene and lighting!

Love the robot's expression and pose. That's one heck of a screw driver :)...so I suppose you'll be abandoning Poser too now that you're set up for DS.
RodS
Nope! Poser is still my go-to, especially for the T.N.A. story. DS is great with the Iray and all, but as much stuff as I cram into those panels it would take far too long to render them in DAZ.
bakapo
a delightful teen robot scene. she really is a fascinating character, I like her pose here.

Beautiful work
GrandmaT
Awesome job! I love her expression.
goodoleboy
Superbly done and looks real, as if the robot actually exists. So here you are, in seventh heaven after mastering all of the DAZ and DIM workings, in contrast to my struggling to find an easy to master application of Fractal for my Mac - preferably free - which I could install and learn so I can get away from posting of photographs only.
RodS
LOL - Thanks, my friend... But I'm a looooonnnnngggggg way away from mastering DAZ (or even Poser or Photoshop for that matter - soooo much to learn, and all the above are very "deep" applications). I'm working on it, though! 😉
Diemamker
Awesome work!..

the definition on her metallic body is outstanding. I am seeing some really high quality studio work, but I think Poser is just as capable
I apologize for being late, but we had a hell of a storm here for about 5 hours straight. I never heard how many lightning strikes there were, but it had to have very high. glancing outside I could see multiple lightning . got around 3 inches of rain. I just talked to my brother in Wichita and he said it is in the mid 20's which is the forecast here for the weekend

nicely done
