Description

I took this this afternoon. quite a wild looking cloud formations. there was a huge warehouse in the way and I cropped most of the interference out one of the ladies I take around "86 years old" fell last Christmas while at party while talking outside. she bruised her hip and leg. she was able to get into my SUV, so I did not think she was injured too bad. yesterday I took her to the hospital and they found she had damaged her hip and femur bone. she had surgery today and will be in rehab for some time . I have been running back and forth to the hospital. I picked a sister of hers up today to go visit her in the hospital

As we grow older, we become highly brittle, especially for a woman; this is why a simple fall can have such a devastating consequence. She was lucky that you were there for help. There is an interesting gradation from light bluish-gray into darkness at the bottom.

Wonderful shot of this threatening sky!

You are such a kind hearted gentleman, Richard! It's a pleasure to know you, my friend! Those ladies are fortunate to have you to help them.

I agree with the above, you are wonderful to help these people who are injured, ailing, etc. I hope they all get better...This is a big sweeping shot, and quite ominous and powerful. I love the compressed formations in the lower part of the sky---like big abstract mushrooms. The top of the building is just enough to ground the shot; and you maintain the nostalgic blue of the sky throughout. Beautiful and sweeping; it would be great wall size. (I'm not really "back" yet, but I came by for a few comments, and it's always a pleasure to comment on you.)
