I did not have time to grab my large camera so I used my Samsung phone. the halo effect came from post work

We have DC-3's going over our house each day doing joy flights. It's it's an awesome sound. They are so slow they look like they might just drop out of the sky!

as a child, we lived in the flight path of military planes going in for repairs at a Douglas facility. I would not even guess how many I have seen
