Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

I've been around many orchids over the years, and, even on a photograph, this is the first dead one I've ever seen. But even in death it still exhibits rich color and texture. Great shot, Helle. Hope whenever possible that you have the time or wherewithal to continue posting on Renderosity. I've missed a lot of days on RR because of my health and other issues causing havoc with me.

Fantastic closeup - rich colors.. Hard to believe this one is dead. Lovely photo, Helle!

in full view, Helle, this is dominating and beautiful. Your crop brings it right into our faces. The texture is still very alive, as is the stamen; and your composition is almost symmetrical, with a wonderful brighter green and yellow in the background. (A table?) Really, full view, this thing explodes in our faces, it's really commanding. I would have never guessed this has 'passed on'. (Monty Python did one of their most famous bits about a dead parrot---"this....is a late parrot: It's a stiff: bereft of life, it's pushing up the daisies: This...is an ex parrot...") Powerful and beautiful.
