Series Title : "Ionivka : Big-Feet Mutant" Episode 1 : "The Posthumous Letters" (It is the page one of the story itself. The suffix "a-d" identifies the "clips" that are illustrated on that page, in the narrative sequence.) Big-Feet mutants are seen as slow-minded. Every one of them should be under the authority of a tutor or a master, and working as a servant, almost as a slave. They are tall, they have a slightly lower metabolism and body temperature than those of normal human beings (also known as non-mutants). Their skin color is slightly bluish because of low blood oxygen level. They think at a slower rate also; the same is true for their reflex. None of them can outsmart any non-mutant nor any Fine-Eye mutant. In technical and engineering endeavors, they are much better, but nobody acknowledge that. I introduce the series by presenting the first Big-Feet mutant who will be discovering a posthumous letter on her computer. Her name is Mirvine Terovsda; she is using a low-tech computer, known as "ordicom" that is adapted for Big-Feet mutant slow intellect, and that is highly sturdy (it can last much longer than a century). She has her room within the house of her masters, in the basement. Her computer can be networked; she does searches as we do now with Google. She is looking about the Kuiper-Delta First project that she had heard about, a long time ago, when she was a child from her mother; it turns out that the posthumous letter of Ionivka is the first item that came out from that search. You may ask questions about that story, in your comments, but I might not answer some of them, mostly because of the limitations of my freedom of expression on some non-obvious sensitive subjects. You will observe that the quality of the illustrations, of the writing, of the page layout and some less obvious aspects are improving with the progress of the project. I started that project at the end of 2004 and completed it at about 2016, more as a leisure time activity, at low priority when I had some free time, than for the purpose of making money with it. I learned a lot and I enjoyed a lot by doing it. A big challenge is keeping a consistent style for all illustrated items of every picture of that series and during the whole creation period of the project : about 11 years. I went through 3 computers. each one had sudden death; I have not lost any word nor any picture during that period.
