Always interesting to think what the ancient cultures made of natual events like an eclipse or the recent wolf moon, the ideas maybe still survive today through half forgotton stories and fables. Very enjoyable scene.

I have no idea how you get such amazing results with Poser, especially with your lighting and high quality detail for everything! But keep up the fabulous work!

Awesome scene Steve!! I especially like the background with the pyramids and the starry sky!! The lighting is awesome!! I'm thinking that the warrior lady might be the 'guardian' of the pyramids.....she looks like she's on 'guard duty'!!! I likey!! 'lol'! This whole scene really does make you think of 'Dark side of the moon', by 'Pink Floyd'!! I have that record album too! Nice job!!

An eclipse filled with all kinds of magic and sorcery, which you piece together so well. I like that one of the pyramids in back is higher than the one in the center: This area is apparently filled with these ritual mythic structures, with their carved-eyes in the center. You do have a way of creating mythic settings....Your model is lit like she's made of bronze: the highlights are beautiful gold-reds and yellows (once more), and her armor has beautiful purple and gold tones. (Your so good with color.) She definitely looks like a warrior, and that mohawk hairdo makes her more formidable. You have a comet and galaxy in the sky: This scene takes place against an "auspicious" sky; a sky with harbingers of events to come---which makes sense, since eclipses were considered divine events in the ancient world, they were intrusions from the gods to warn humans to shape up The flames are really bright, and the overall bronze-ish tint to the piece works marvelously. You really put this together beautifully, Steve.
