Description
More non-player characters for a D&D campaign. Kista and Luko are twin sister and brother. Orphaned at an early age, they grew up on the street. Fortunately, their innate magical abilities have allowed them to survive. Kista, the girl, can magically lock doors, or anything else that will close. Her brother Luko can magically unlock anything that is locked. And even though they are not yet sixteen years old, they are already known on the street as talented thieves. Their nicknames, reasonably enough, are Lock and Key.
