Hi!
I am a swedish guy born in 1956.
I have never managed to make any money on my photography at all, but still I go on shooting (In fact I have never been able to make much money what so ever, but I believe that thus I have experienced a few things that less lucky people than me have not) :D
This is the first time ever I show any of my images in public. I think I have read that one should shoot with the light behind you, but I like it better the other way round - towards the light. Light and color are my babies!
I am very very delighted with all creative, warm-hearted and amusing comments from all you Renderosity people! I was perfectly assured that nobody but me would have any interest in watching my images. Thanks a lot!!!
Di Massimo, which I have signed some of my images, is a beautiful name I found in a book by Ruth Rendell (Tom Ripley, I think). I immediately wanted it to be my artist's name! It is Italian and means something like "The Greatest" (one must be allowed to dream, mustn't one?) ;D
All pictures in my gallery was shot with either an analog Nikon EM with a 28 mm lens, a Fuji MX 2700 digital compact or a Nikon D40 DSLR. Some of the images are modified in Adobe Photoshop.
Thank you for reading!

Very nice composition, the different layers of trees and light linked by the path work well.

I know what you mean, because I have felt it too. I do not know how to describe it exactly. A state of grace, maybe? For me this image is awesome, because in my country, the vegetation near the sea is totally different. It seems fantastic to me to leave the forest and go directly to the beach!

This atmospheric and superb photo echoes a couple of mine that haven't been published yet, except one or two that are no mystery to you by now ! You are lucky to be able to enjoy a seascape after enjoying the serenity of a 'woodscape' vision ! Once again, this type of lighting is for me simply fabulous !
