Usually with that much detail in the lady's clothes a simpler background would be in order but you seem to have made the busyness of the background, including the light fixtures, work with the main character. Bravo!!! Great composition!

the lights and palette are exceptional. Being a tad pedantic, i would have positined her slightly to the left, so that there is more space in front of rather than behind the figure, but thats nitpicking; its a lovely image....
